I am a licensed psychologist specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy. In addition, I consult with school districts to help provide psychological services for students.
With over 20 years of experience as a psychologist, and as a graduate of Baylor University, I am currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients including children, adolescents, and adults. Among my areas of expertise are the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and stress reduction. In addition, I am a certified EMDR therapist.
My therapeutic approach is to provide information, support, and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach tailored to each client. My aim is to work with compassion and understanding to help each individual build on their strengths and attain the goals and personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
